Just a little about us!

Guy originally from Lexington, KY amongst the pristine horse farms, green grass and rolling hills of beautiful KY has always loved helping family & friends. He has been in corporate sales world for over 30 years. He graduated from the University of KY with a BS in Biology, then went on to get a Masters in Business at Virginia Tech.

Joi is originally from Virginia, and grew up in California. She loves California weather & would love to be on the beaches where she spent her teenage years. Joi went to Virginia Commonwealth University with a BS in Biology and then on to Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry. She has practiced dentistry for 28 years, has been licensed in both VA & TX, taught dentistry and has a heart to educate & help people.

We have experience in buying & selling real-estate, rental property, commercial land & multifamily investment property.

Our interests have always been in serving & helping others.
